I confess I am not a fan of Manny Pacquiao. Just because I do not like to watch violent sports such as boxing. But as a Filipino, I cannot help but take pride of this man whose diminutive frame, and lack of academic education had propelled his own country to make a mark in the international scene.
Last November 4, he guested in the American TV talk show, "Jimmy Kimmel Live" where he talked about his dog, his kids, his movie and his forthcoming fight on November 14. When you watch this clip, you would be amused at his candor whenever he answers Jimmy's questions. Despite his poor English, he did pretty well on making his points come across. His sincerity is what makes him so adorable, and the humility he showed is exemplary, "Actually he,(Cotto) is the champion of this fight and I'm just the challenger."
And I remember after winning the fight against Hatton last May, Manny said "I'm just doing my job."
This is probably why Manny succeeds in knocking every opponent down---his genuineness, his humility, hard work and determination are the qualities of every true winner.
Watch this clip, I assure you, it's delightful. Be sure to watch the two (2) parts.

He cleans up pretty good too! The clothes look good on him. Really cute! And yes, simply adorable.

I'm not a fan, either, however I take pride, too, with him putting Philippines on the map on this side of the world where people seem to only know China,Thailand, India and Malaysia as Asia. He seems genuine, indeed.

I , too, am not really into violence, but watching him fight with so much professionalism makes one proud. He always dedicate his fight to the Filipino people and he's very humble. Mabuhay ka Pacman!
Thanks for sharing the video, is there a part 3?

I used to box, but I can't even watch it. I can't do anything to support it. I was never hit in the head until a poorly designed head guard I was trying for the first time completely blocked my vision from a solid, blind hook. Then I found out what I'd been dishing out. I couldn't even attempt to hit anyone ever again. I quit. I walked away from all violence. Manny should too. Everyone should. I'm not proud of any boxer in his or her fighting no matter what country he or she comes from. Peace in everything is the only thing I support. Nevertheless, God bless everyone.

I was never a fan of boxing until I saw Pacman fought.Since then,I've been hooked to his boxing matches.Whenever he's in the ring, boxing is never boring.Yup,boxing used to bore me because I'd see more "jogging" and jumping more than punching. And I hate seeing punches that don't hit the opponent. But watching Manny's fights, every second is action-packed.He's very unpredictable. Manny's footworks are superb,it's entertaining seeing him even before he punches. He's like dancing. He's agile, strong, quick, and strategic.I only watch boxing whenever Manny is the one playing.Otherwise, boxing remains boring to me.
