As a rock musician's wife, I get to accompany my hubby to his gigs and concerts. Of course, I do not party hard but I enjoy cheering him on and dancing while his band is rendering their schtick. I go with him because I want to give my my Babylove morale and support. He is quite confident in his craft but he gets to be more revved up when he sees me just being there enjoying his music.
But for more than a month now, I stopped going with him because of the preparation I needed to have for the IVF process I was undergoing. Just a few days ago, I was tested positive for pregnancy. I am 3 weeks pregnant. You may be surprised why I know so soon. Unlike natural conception where the mother normally finds out that she is pregnant after a few weeks she missed her period, mine is monitored almost daily to see if the fertilized eggs are developing into a fetus. I am so thrilled about the good news. With all my heart, I thank the Lord Jesus for answering my prayers and for all those who prayed for me.
Now I am posting a painting here that I've done as a wedding anniversary card to my husband a year ago which I created as a tribute of how I admire his talent, music and his love that I constantly adore. I made this picture as me shredding the guitar to signify that I admire him so much and that I wanted to be like him----a girl guitarist rocking his world.
But because I can no longer go with his gigs at this time and awaiting for a future with babies around us (I say babies because IVF is likely to produce multiple births), I am going to miss what I used to do when we're out gigging. Of course, I'll still keep admiring and adoring him with his music but this time this picture depicts that I'm strumming music of love around him and our children.
I can't wait to play music again.

Congrats on the new addition to the family. I will pray to God that he will bless you with a beautiful child and that he will bring you joy and happiness all the years of your life. See ya friend.

Many congtratulations. Kids are the best thing in the world - I have two boys of my own.
I would have loved to have been a rock guitarist myself. I even tried to teach myself earlier this year but gave up - I need lessons.
Anyway, congratulations again. You will have lots of fun.
Cheers

I knew at 3 weeks I was pregnant too. When you try so hard to get pregnant, you want to know the first chance you can if the latest try worked. I'm so excited for you. I hope you have a lovely and long pregnancy. =)

Congrats Bing!
We both have reasons to celebrate. God is so Good! I'm also pregnant, Did pregnancy test last Thursday and it was positive. I'm approximately 5 weeks preggy. Hopefully things will work out best this time and will find fetal heartbeat once I have my first ultra sound on my 7th weeks.

I am thinking of doing IVF too if after half a year or so we are not still successful in trying to do it naturally.
Have a great day!
